Snack- 1 square of 75% cocoa chocolate
Dinner - Chicken with courgettes, onions, pepper and kale in a homemade tomato sauce
Dinner was really nice. Trying to eat more veg and it was full of it.

- Preparing healthy meals
- Going to the gym
- SEE YOURSELF SUCCEEDING
Think through the images you are going to focus on, be specific in your images. Picture yourself overcoming real life situations; test your resistance and before you know it, your images will become second nature to your effort.
This sounding like good advice.... but I wonder if works with money too!
